Ryanair positioned itself against Brexit campaigning under the name "FLY HOME TO VOTE REMAIN" which consisted of a fixed price of € 19.99 for travel to the UK. The intention was to encourage his compatriots to travel to the country to vote NO on the referendum on the UK's stay in the European Union. You can see here how they promoted it:
WHY DID THEY DO THIS?
The reasons are economics advantages. Ryanair has headquarters with many workers in the United Kingdom and transports millions of people from the country to other countries of Europe. So, they claim that being within the European Union makes the country's economic growth easier, and also the airline.
In the end, United Kingdom managed to become independent from Europe. Therefore, the airline's positioning and the campaign did not have much effect. We can say that it was an influential case so it is difficult for a proposal like this to have much value and to be able to balance the poll in a resounding way.
